Assessments can be required within a broad range of situations which include complex factors, such as:

Safeguarding Training
Every safeguarding training is bespoke and tailor made to your requirements as a service or organisation.
All training are available through the medium of Welsh, English or bilingual.
Examples of Safeguarding Training include:
- Level 1 (Basic)
- Level 2 (Intermediate)
- Level 3 (Advanced)
All of the above include:
- The safeguarding process and procedures
- The four categories of abuse (signs and symptoms of neglect, sexual, physical, emotional)
- CSE/CCE
- Radicalisation/Prevent
- VAWDA
- Modern day Slavery
The depth of information contained within each training (Level 1-3) is dependent upon the depth and understanding required.

Investigations
Investigations are required within a broad range of circumstances, such as:
- Allegations made by a child against an adult, sibling or other child
- Allegations against a person in a position of trust
- A complaint made by a service user or family member against an individual within an agency such as Social Care or Education.
These situations may require:
- A Section 47 investigation
- Video Interview
- Independent investigation due to a safeguarding allegation or concern in relation to conduct against an employee
- Independent investigation due to a complaint or concern by a service user against a service, individual or both.
Other Services
Mediation
Navigating situations such as relationships, especially where children are involved can be difficult. There might be conflict and disagreements in relation to contact and residence issues that are impacting negatively upon all involved, especially children. In some cases, this issues might require statutory or legal intervention.
